Cold Chain Temperature Probe
The sensor is bundled with an external temperature probe idea for reaching the middle of food containers, or inside fridge doors
Designed to be wall-mounted, or fitted inside fridges and freezers, the sensor monitors the environment and ensures compliance with HACCP food safety regulations. The unit can be installed in walk-in refrigerators and freezers or cold rooms, in shops, restaurants, and more.
The probe is 213mm long and has a 1.3m long cable to give many installation options.
